WATFORD WORKSHOP

Operating since the 1960s, Watford Workshop acts as a route to employment, skills development and improved living for adults with disabilities including learning, physical and sensory disabilities. This is done by providing employment in the field of hand packing and light assembly work for commercial customers. As a result, service users gain invaluable work skills, financial independence, increased confidence and conquer social isolation. In addition to the employment and work skills training, the workshop offers training courses in functional education and life skills in order to facilitate independent living and enhance wellbeing.
