APSC

 

The primary purpose of APSC is to first organise and engage Afro Portuguese, Brazilians and Portuguese Communities within the Barking and Dagenham (BD) diverse communities through empowerment and active participation, to together develop activities and services to build confidence and sustainability to the many community talented people, organisations and groups and then to engage these groups with the many other diverse communities in BD.
